Helping musicians in addiction recovery find support through music
…one note at a time
(Re)discover this powerful tool for motivation
You may have heard the phrase, “Move a muscle, change a thought.” It’s a simple and direct way to help overcome some of the most challenging feelings in recovery, like cravings, unease, and anxiety.
With our free workshops and lessons, we use this statement as a guiding principle to demonstrate positive and rewarding methods to overcome negative feelings and stay motivated in sobriety — through music, with guitar in hand. All the while, we go deep into all sorts of guitar and music topics, exploring harmony, technique, songwriting, improvisation, mindfulness-based practice, and so much more.
FREE Live Sessions Every Week
Bring your guitar and hang with us!
Our weekly, online meet-ups are where we get together as a community with live, guided practice sessions that aim to build a deeper connection to music through mindful guitar practice. They’re a fun way to get support, get better at guitar, and find joy in sobriety.
It’s the core of what we do here, open to ALL levels of guitarists, so c’mon and join us!
